Founded the company in 2004. In 2016, his wife Judith Service Montier, a successful business executive with a background in  art and entertainment marketing joined Chez Montier as Chief Operating Officer. Judith always dreamed of creating a family business that would combine her talents with Chef Juan’s, taking Chez Montier to new heights. Adding to this dynamic duo is their son, Austin, who has been cooking with his father since he was three years old, making Chez Montier truly a family affair.
